Met Éireann is expected to upgrade its low temperature and ice warnings for the entire country today.
Very cold nights with widespread frost, ice and lying snow can be expected in Tipperary until Friday.

Temperatures will struggle to get above freezing during the day.
Extreme caution is still advised on roads across the county – even though the main routes have been treated many are still extremely slippery with compacted snow.
Particular care should be taken on minor roads.
