That's according to the Sunday Independent this morning who say that the Finance Minister and Public Expenditure Minister finalised the deal last week.
The involvement of Mr Noonan and Mr Howlin will ensure the parties set out separate policies against the same economic backdrop.

The news comes as the Coalition face into votes of confidence in the Taoiseach, Enda Kenny and the Attorney General, Maire Whelan arising out of the Fennelly Commission report.
