According to the Sunday Times, Quinn, his wife and their five adult children have been summonsed to appear as witnesses for the prosecution.
The Quinns are separately suing the state-run IBRC, formerly Anglo Irish Bank, over its alleged involvement in the collapse of the Quinn empire.
