Ms Kerins is suing PAC for damages following her appearance before the committee in February last year.
Former Rehab CEO Angela Kerins was asked about her six figure salary, her car and bonus entitlements at last year's appearance before the Public Accounts Committee.
The one time boss of the disability group is now suing PAC alleging the spending watchdog acted unfairly, showed bias and had no power to grill her about the Rehab Group.
Ms Kerins claims she was publically degraded and suffered ill health as a result and she wants details of her appearance struck from the record.
PAC's reply is that the payments investigated involved the expenditure of public funds.
Today Ms Justice Isobel Kennedy directed the watchdog to hand over documents and minutes of meetings where Rehab was discussed -documents Angela Kerins believes will advance her case.
