They have announced their largest online auction to date with over 85 residential and commercial properties on offer.
A total of six Tipperary properties are among the lots which will be on offer later this month in Allsop’s online auction.
They include a number of houses as well as a prominent commercial unit in Clonmel.
The residential properties are in Ballina, Cahir, Cashel, Donohill and Bansha.
On the commercial side, there is a retail investment in Clonmel comprising an end of terrace retail building together with an office building and three warehouse buildings, with a total current rent reserved of €25,000 per annum. The property in Irishtown carries a reserve of €150,000 – €170,000.
In all the 85 residential and commercial properties going under the hammer on Wednesday May 25th have a total value of over €11 million.
