Plans have been submitted to Tipperary County Council to produce, mature and bottle spirits at a new facility near Clonmel.
Tipperary Boutique Distillery Ltd is the company behind the venture.

The plant would include a production borewell, boiler facility, water cooling tower and storage tanks at Ballindoney West, Grange.
A decision is due from the planning authority by the end of April.
