Post Office Raid

2 men, armed with a shotgun and a hurley, entered the post office in Grange at 4.20pm

They demanded cash from the owner, who was also viciously assaulted in the course of the raid.

They fled the scene in a medium sized car, described as being an unusual colour, a greeny-blue-purple.

Gardai are appealing for anyone who saw this car in the Knocklofty, Grange, Keatings Cross area yesterday between 4 and 5, to contact them.
