The Chairperson of the Media Committee – Tipperary TD Alan Kelly – says he intends to invite RTE before the committee in the coming weeks.
It’s after the broadcaster confirmed a €3.6 million write-down on a partly failed IT system, which had been intended to replace its finance and HR systems.

Deputy Kelly says there are a range of unresolved issues within RTE which must be addressed without delay.
