Three names have been put forward as possible replacements for Michael Murphy’s seat on Tipperary County Council.
The former Clonmel Councillor has been elected to the Dail and his party Fine Gael have the right to decision who takes his place on the local authority.

A selection convention next Monday night will be choosing between Tom Acheson, Joe Leahy and Brid Green.
Sitting Fine Gael Councillor in the local Borough District John Fitzgerald says all three have already been ratified as candidates by the party.
