A Tipperary man is to contest the European Parliament elections in May.

Liam Minihan is known for his work with the Fight the Pipe campaign which is opposed to taking water from the Shannon to supply Dublin.

The Puckane man outlines why he thinks aiming for the European Parliament is preferable to the County Council or Dáil Éireann.
