FF bring forward mental health services Bill

Fianna Fáil has brought forward a bill they say will reform mental health services across the country.

It aims to implement parts of an expert group review from 2015, and will be debated in the Dáil this evening.

The bill would enshrine a number of rights for people with mental health difficulties.

Fianna Fáil’s mental health spokesperson James Browne says inaction from the government needs to be addressed.
