Adams says Irish Language Act is key to Stormont talks

The Sinn Fein President’s praised the activists and campaign groups lobbying for an Irish Language Act in the North.

It comes as politicians from across the spectrum gathered in Belfast in support of an Acht Gaeilge.

The issue of a stand alone act proved to be a sticking point between parties, when talks broke down prior to the summer recess.
