A planning application has been submitted to create a new community park in a north Tipperary village.
Carrig Tidy Towns is behind the move.

It would encompass a new pedestrian bridge with access to the park and a new entrance with paving, stone walls, steel arches and a community notice board.
The plans also contain a nature based play space incorporating site furniture, play elements, grass mounds and planted areas.
There would be a new gravel car park with gravel paths for walking through the site, tree planting, and other landscaping.
