Tipp native given the go-ahead for a multi-storey development in Dublin

A Tipperary born developer has been granted permission for a 25-storey tower in Dublin, that will be the city’s tallest building.

It’s part of a development on North Wall Quay that includes 550 apartments, a public pocket park and a rooftop terrace.

The developer, Carrick on Suir native Johnny Ronan, had originally wanted to build a 45-storey tower on the site.

Dublin Chamber President, Eoghan Quigley, has welcomed the approval from the city council.
