Permission has been granted for a Creche facility at Kilcommon National School.
The Board of Management had sought permission for a change of use to part of the existing school building.

This will incorporate uses for pre-school, toddlers, infants, a sleep area and afterschool catering for an estimated 15 children.
Also included in the proposals are the construction of a prefab cabin for staff use and office
