The pass rate at Tipperary's four driving test centres is below the national average.
Figures from the Road Safety Authority show that Clonmel has the highest pass rate in the county at just over 55%.
This compares with Tipperary Town at nearly 52.5% with Thurles and Nenagh both at 50%.
The average pass rate for the country's 51 driving test centres is 56.3%.
The centre with the highest pass rate in the country is Ennis at 70% with Portlaoise the lowest at just over 42%.
