The chairman of the Public Accounts Committee says they won't give up on efforts to have Angela Kerins and Frank Flannery answer more questions on the running of Rehab.
Neither appeared at a hearing to which they were invited yesterday.
Frank Flannery said he couldn't contribute to the issues being discussed, while Ms Kerins was absent on medical grounds.
Yesterday's hearing was told that Rehab paid Frank Flannery 4 hundred thousand euro in consultancy fees while he was on its board – and that 40 per cent of Angela Kerins salary came from the State.
PAC Chairman Deputy John McGuinness says they have one more chance to turn up, before further action is taken.
