University Hospital Limerick which serves North Tipp is once again the most overcrowded facility in the country today.
Figures from the INMO show there were 103 people waiting for a bed at the facility this morning.

Of these, 33 were in the emergency department while 70 were in wards elsewhere.
Cork University Hospital was the next busiest with a total of 51 patients without a bed, while there were 3 without a bed at Tipperary University Hospital in Clonmel.
