Oscar Pistorius trial resumes.

Psychiatrists have decided Oscar Pistorius was not suffering from a mental illness when he shot his girlfriend and should continue to stand trial.

The athlete denies murder and insists he mistook Reeva Steenkamp for an intruder.

This morning the court in Pretoria has heard from defence witness Doctor Gerald Versfeld – the surgeon who amputated both of Pistorius's legs.
