North Tipp convent to go under the hammer.

A former convent in North Tipperary is included in the latest property auction by Allsop Space.

The Sacred Heart convent in Roscrea will have a top reserve price of €100,000 when it goes under the hammer in Dublin on October 3rd next.

It's one of 122 properties up for auction at the Shelbourne Hotel that day.

The convent is set on over 5 acres and the buildings – including the former school, a retreat house and accommodation – date back to 1845.
