The lot went under the hammer this morning at the Commercial property Allsop Auction with a reserve of 230 thousand euro

The retail space comprises of six units on Pearse Street in Nenagh with tenants including Specsavers

It sold this morning at the auction for €435,000.

A second Tipperary property that was due to go under the hammer, in Irishtown, Clonmel was withdrawn from today's proceedings.
