The woman who lost her court case against North Tipp Minister Alan Kelly in a dispute over land says she will not be appealing.
72 year old Diana Whitehead had taken a case against Alan Kelly and his father Thomas over access to a lane way owned by the Minister's family in Portroe.
While admitting she was disappointed at the outcome Diana Whitehead said she was relieved the case was over.
A judge ruled last November that she did not have the right to access her land through the lane.
