No-one injured after articulated truck overturns on N52 at Mountfalcon

No-one was injured in a crash on the N52 in North Tipperary yesterday.

An articulated lorry jack-knifed and overturned near Mountfalcon, between Ardcroney and Borrisokane, around midday.

The road was closed for most of the day as a result and emergency services remained at the scene late last night as they attempted to remove the truck from the road.

A crane had to be brought in to help the efforts to clear the scene before the road was finally reopened about 9pm.

The driver was not injured and no other vehicles were involved.
