Discount designer label store TK Maxx is to open an outlet in Tipperary.
The successful fashion multiple is to open its 17th Irish store at the The Showgrounds shopping centre in Clonmel.
Works are underway at the centre for the 30,000 square foot outlet.
It's understood that instead of a standard rent payment the landlord will instead receive 5 per cent of the turnover from the TK Maxx store.
