New poll shows FG continue downward trend

The RED C poll for the Irish Sun also sees support for Sinn Féin fall back. 

The poll was conducted between Thursday of last week and Tuesday evening among 1,006 voters and is comparable to the RED C poll in the Sunday Business Post.

Fine Gael is down again, by a further two points to 26% or 5 points lower than when the campaign began. 

Labour is up 1 to 9, which is a point lower than they were two weeks ago. 

Fianna Fail is up one to 19, that's two percentage points higher than a fortnight ago. 

Sinn Féin's three point rise at the weekend falls away again and they're back to 17%. 

Independents, including the Independents Alliance are on 18 per cent – a two point rise. 

The others sees the Greens on 4 per cent, Social Democrats on 3, and Renua and the Triple-A/People Before Profit each on 2.
