Plans for a new medical centre in Roscrea have been lodged with the local authority.

Tadhg Campion's proposals centre on the Malt House on Valley Parade – it's a protected structure which was converted in the late 1990's into 6 dwelling units and office-retail space.
Now the plan is to change it to a multi-use medical centre over two storeys with 11 consulting rooms.
Also included is a coffee shop/restaurant on the ground floor together with an existing retail unit.
The plans are presently at pre-validation stage with North Tipperary County Council's planning department.
