Nenagh residents warned of increase in disruption

Residents and businesses in Nenagh are being warned disruptions due to the gas project are set to ramp up.

Since yesterday, the junction between Pearse Street and Kickham Street has been closed with no traffic access from either side due to the work crossing the roundabout.

The project involves the laying of gas, water and sewerage lines across the town with work due to continue until next summer. 

Director of Services for the area Marcus O'Connor says that with the busy roundabout now shut, there will be an increase in disruption.
