Nenagh murder trial continues at the Central Criminal Court.

The trial is continuing of a Lithuanian man charged with the murder a 29 year old man in Nenagh on St Stephen's Day in 2008.

Egidijus Kiaulakis of Coille Bheithe, Nenagh has pleaded not guilty to murdering Gintaras Brazauskas

He does however admit killing the deceased but claims it was in self defence.

The Central Criminal Court heard that the accused had arrived uninvited to a dinner which the deceased and his partner were holding for relatives and friends.

Egidijus Kiaulakis was asked to leave the apartment after becoming loud but returned some time after when  the stabbing occurred.
