James Reilly gave his account of his involvement in Greenhill’s nursing home in a Dail address on Wednesday night.

His involvement in that development, led to his inclusion on the latest debt defaulters list.

But Mattie McGrath says further questions need to be answered.

He says the HSE forced the closure of a nursing home in Carrick in 2011, having visited 5 times in 18 months, whereas Greenhill’s nursing home has only been inspected twice since 2009.

The South Tipp Deputy says there are questions over whether one facility was given preferential treatment.
