It's after newspaper reports this morning said the government's considering only paying the so-called Water Conservation Grant to paying customers.
At the moment, anyone who's registered with the utility is eligible for the grant, meaning even customers who refuse to pay their bills will get the grant.

Minister Paschal Donohoe says there are no plans to change that policy, but the Government will look at compliance in future.
