Minister of State Kelly believes it is in the best interests of local and national politics and indeed the reputation of Tipperary that Michael Lowry answers the obvious questions that are being asked by numerous reputable journalists.

Alan Kelly says the issue will not just go away and that Deputy Lowry needs to explain in detail how what he said on the tape can be reconciled with what he told the tribunal.
