The case against the independent deputy of Glenreigh, Holycross is listed for mention at Nenagh Circuit Criminal Court.

He is charged with 3 counts of knowingly filing incorrect tax returns on October 31st, 2003 and another count of knowingly filing an incorrect return on August 3rd, 2007.
