22 year old Dean Byrne, with an address of 27 Cabra Park, Cabra, Dublin 7 and 27 year old Patrick Gately, of 17 Primrose Grove, Darndale, Dublin 17 are each facing a total of five charges in relation to the incident at the home of Emma and Mark Corcoran in Killenaule in November 2013.
The charges include aggravated burglary, false imprisonment, possession of a firearm with intent and two counts of the unauthorised taking of a vehicle.

The trial is due to start at Clonmel Circuit Court this morning where a jury will be selected before opening speeches.
