McGuinness calls for Irish & British co-operation over impasse in the North

Northern Ireland's Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness says the five parties in the Stormont Executive are agreed that the time has come for the British Parliment to give greater fiscal powers to the Northern Ireland administration. 

It comes as David Cameron has promised to give greater powers to Scotland in the wake of the independence referendum.

Mr McGuinness says politicians in Stormont would like to set their own corporation tax and welfare rates.
