A mass public meeting has been organised for the end of April in Cahir while patients and relatives of those attending the A&E have set up a facebook page to raise awareness of the situation.
On Tuesday there were 29 people being treated on trolleys in the corridors of the hospital with family members describing the situation as dangerous and degrading.
