According to the REA survey the average price in the Premier County now stands at €129,750

Demand appears to be strongest in Nenagh where the average 3-bed house takes just two weeks to sell compared to 6 weeks in Clonmel and 16 in Roscrea.
  
Limerick was Ireland's fastest growing city in the first 3 months of this year with three bed semis increasing by €8,000 to their current level of €165,000.
