Paul Gallagher – who was from Dublin and in his late 20s – was found dead in Ballymacan in Collon on the 30th of July 2014.
Yesterday afternoon a man in his thirties was arrested in the Navan area.

He's still being quizzed under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act at Navan Garda Station.
