A man in his 40's was charged in relation to the incident at a special sitting of Naas District Court on Friday night.
The 22 year old was gunned down in the Greenhills estate of Athy on the 21st of August in broad daylight.

In total five people have been arrested as part of the investigations – while three have been released without charge.
