Two separate investigations are underway after a farm accident in Co Meath.
A man in his sixties was fatally injured at Clongall at around 1pm on Wednesday.

He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was taken to Our lady's hospital in Navan.
Gardaí and the Health and Safety Authority are carrying out separate investigations into his death.
