A man who was arrested in connection with a drugs seizure in Roscrea this week has been released from Garda custody.
The man, in his 20’s was arrested following the discovery of over forty thousand euro worth of cannibas in cultivation at a house in Roscrea on Wednesday night.

The discovery was made during planned searches of a number of properties in Roscrea and Newport by the divisional drugs units under Operation Thor.
The man was arrested at the house and detained at Nenagh Garda station. He has since been released and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
