A man has been arrested in connection with the discovery of cannabis in county Laois.
Gardaí seized 80,000 euro worth of cannabis herb in a planned search of a house in the Portarlington area yesterday.
The man in his 50’s was detained at the scene and is being held at Portlaoise station.
