Drummona House near Dundrum in West Tipp is on the market with a guide price of €875,000.
It follows the decision by well known trainer Eddie Hales to run Mikey Ryan’s gastro-pub in Cashel which is owned by John Magnier.

Hales has produced some top class racehorses including 2016 Gold Cup winner Don Cossack.
The National Hunt nursery at Drummona is on 32 acres – as well as a Georgian house there are over 30 stables, a horse walker and two gallops.
