While people on Cooleens Close and Dr Pat O'Callaghan Row say they have no issue with the proposals for Melview Nursing Home, they are concerned about a planned new exit onto the Cashel Road.
A 64 bedroom extension was granted permission by Tipperary County Council in recent weeks.

The local authority is also in the process of installing a cycle lane on the Cashel road.
Dominic Hanley – who lives across the road from the proposed new entrance to the nursing home – says it's a recipe for disaster.
