Litter & Graffiti problems in County Tipperary helped by funding

 Local Authorities in North and South Tipp are to benifit  from a total allocation of  60 thousand euro between them under the Anti-Litter & Anti-Graffiti Awareness Grant Scheme, for public education and awareness initiatives in relation to both litter and graffiti,
Minister for the Environment Mr. Phil Hogan, today announced the provision of over 2 million in grants to local authorities.
These supports are aimed at helping  local authorities tackle the problem of litter through awareness , enforcement and the maintenance of key tourist areas.
