Lightning strikes twice for Cahir motorist

Cahir Gardaí have arrested the same motorist twice in the space of just a few days.

Earlier this week officers on patrol in the town stopped a car – the person behind the wheel was found to be disqualified from driving.

The driver was arrested and the vehicle seized.

The motorist was observed driving a vehicle by the same Gardaí yesterday and arrested again with the vehicle impounded.

A court appearance awaits the driver.
