The case against Croke Park and Aiken Promotions is being made by Brian Duff. He is represented by solicitor Anthony Fay who is acting for some residents around the stadium.

When the matter came before Mr Justice Paul Gilligan this morning barrister Frank Callanan said one concern about the concerts is that there will be vomiting and urination.

The judge has set aside Thursday morning to hear the injunction application.
