Seven men – all with addresses in Dublin were subsequently arrested and charged with an initial trial date set for last October.

However over the past 12 months all of those charged entered guilty pleas at various different court sittings in relation to the aggravated burglary – that charge also includes possession of weapons.

Today Clonmel Circuit Court heard that sentencing will take place on September the 29th next where a full day has been set aside for the case before Judge Tom Teehan.
