The Schull shopkeeper has resumed her evidence in Ian Bailey's High Court action after being warned yesterday that there are criminal sanctions for perjury.
Marie Farrell is being asked about John Reilly, the Longford factory worker she says she was with when she saw a man on the road near where Sophie Toscan du Plantier was murdered in west Cork in 1996.
She walked out of court rather that identify him yesterday but later returned to the witness box and gave his name to the jury.
Asked under cross examination for more details about John Reilly, who she said died before the year 2000; Marie Farrell replied 'you're asking me impossible questions'.
