Kelly calls for Ross intervention over tolls

From next Wednesday, drivers will no longer be able to use their eflow tags on the M1 near Drogheda, the M7/M8 south of Portlaoise and the N25 at Waterford.

It's estimated that about 80,000 motorists will be directly affected.

Both Eflow and Celtic Roads Group – which operates the toll plazas say the dispute is out of their control.
