Jury to begin deliberations in West Tipperary murder trial.

The judge in the trial of a Cahir man accused of the murder of Shane Rossiter will finish her charge to the jury this morning before they begin deliberations. 

31 year old Maurice Power of Dranganbeg, Kilmoyler denies murdering the 29 year old outside a house party in Golden in October 17th 2012.

The prosecution alleges the accused fired two shots at Mr Rossiter causing him catastrophic injuries, which lead to his death.

Justice Deirdre Murphy began her charge to the jury of 7 women and 5 men yesterday afternoon and will continue this morning before they retire to consider their verdict.
